This was my daughter's second admittance at Kindred downtown this year. We had a few bumps, but all in all it was a great experience. I want to recognize several that were involved with my daughter's care and many that went above and beyond. Let me start with the nurses...Jenessa and Ruben are two of my favorites and showed so much compassion with my daughter. Staff don't like to clean patient if they use the restroom on themself, left the patient in feces 2 times for an hour each which led to ANOTHER infection. Was given orange juice for low sugar only for a nurse to try and give insulin right after. It was brought to their attention and the day after the patient was transported to Methodist
