No visiting hours posted on web site. On Father's Day, called hospital several times and no answer. Asked corporate help for assistance, she could not find visiting hours and did not get an answer for her phone calls. On Friday, staff gave four contradicting approval/denial to patient visit. Staff did not know/follow hospital rules/requirements. Forwarded to nurse's office three times and it rang unanswered to voice mail which was full and then hung up.
The nurses at this facility are absolutely fabulous. The doctors and the nursing staff explained things to me and made sure I felt safe. When I was given new medication, someone always told me what it was for and the possibly side affects. The rehab program helped me get to where I am today and I learned a lot of new tricks. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is in a similar situation.
