my brother was sent to Kindred for rehabilitation. The respiratory team was great but the rest of the staff has a long way to go. he laid in a bed for 3 months and never received PT, when I got him home he couldnt even get up or move, thank God he has a motivated team at home to get him back to living!!!!

My mother was a recent patient and a COVID 19 survivor. My mother reported that staff was disorganized , incompetent, and not as attending as they should be... from the nurses, doctors , to the Patient Advocate and the case worker . It would take the nurses hours to change or bathroom pot, change her gown and bed sheets. my mother also reported that everytime she call the security , he would hang up in her face.. They could respond to their patients families when they call. We have had a run around with getting information. Families cant see their loved ones and having this run around thing is terrible.
No visits allied during COVID-19 crisis, but floor nurses REFUSE to give patient family status updates over the phone. UNACCEPTABLE. Do NOT let your loved one anywhere near this facility, you may never hear from/about them again. ZERO STARS
