My brother has been at this location for a week now, and feels that the staff is attentive, respectful responsive.
Kindred has really been really good to me. On yesterday this lady from Indiana was working here and I had an issue with my ice cream. She immediately made sure that I had the kind of ice cream that I wanted. On yesterday she also asked me to do a review on how I rate my care and I somehow forgot. Well today when she came by to see me I was in need of my caffeine which is also known as a Coke Unfortunately the vending machine only had Pepsi products so she returned my money and went to the 7-11 store to buy me a Coca-Cola. During my three week stay at Kindred Hospital. I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect from not only the nursing staff on the third floor but other staff members and faculty workers as well. They all truly try to make you feel as much a part of their family as they can all the while helping you along the way to a speedy recovery.
I was recently a patient at Kindred Hospital Chicago North & I have to admit, the staff is great. The nursing staff at kindred are beyond great, the team I had on the 2nd floor were phenomenal. If ever I had a problem with the staff or with food I would call a Mr. Bill Koenig the patient advocate, he makes sure to get on top of whatever it is that's bothering you. If I ever need to go back to a hospital, I would want to go back to kindred where the staff is great & the hospital food is even better!!!
Well today is my last day here I wanna say thanks to all my nurses especially Nurse Sarah,Nurse Kay, Nurse Carmelita some nurses I am missing. My CNA’s my favorite Natasha always made sure I had my fruit cup and always put a big smile on my face.
