My husband Patrick was there for 8 weeks and they took very good care of him. The nurses and doctors and staff were great and very accommodating. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants their loved one to be cared for by a great staff and doctors .
absolutely horrible case managers who know nothing about what's going on with their patients. staff leaving them sit soiled for long periods of time which the patient has developed multiple open wounds. never leave your family member there. worst facility ever!!
I am writing to let you know the reason I gave a good score is the select few I had a nurse named Rhonda Sayer she is so pleasant and does everything to make you feel comfortable! I understand it's your policy for no nurse or cna to walk past a patient room with their light on and not stop. I'm here to tell you most of the CNA staff sit at the desk all night and do nothing! My father has only been there a week, but the staff have been great !! Any questions I ask are answered to the best of there ability and everyone has a smile on their face when they greet you and come in the room. Having my father in poor health as he is and I in healthcare my self , a good working happy staff makes a bad situation just seem a little better and makes this whole experience go a lot smoother. This has to be the worst care, god forbid the nurse do her job with a smile and not have an attitude. This is the absolute worst care I’ve ever witnessed. As they’re were cleaning my brothers trachea our to the accidentally ripped half of it out, so they accidentally almost killed my brother, my brother needed to be suctioned so he could breath, he had to call the nurse 3 times, he could have died, he can’t walk.
