Very compassionate team they go above and beyond for patients and families
My mother is with Gentiva Hospice. We couldn’t manage without them. We control the care plan and they provide excellent care and all the medication and medical supplies are free under Medicare. We have access to nurses aides chaplains and social workers. We really appreciate all they do!
Couldn't ask for a better team in this difficult time. The whole team went above and beyond what was required by them. The RN Michelle was amazing and was there for everything we needed. She surpassed anything we expected. I will recommend Gentiva hospice to anyone in the future . Thank you!
