Horrible and disrespectful. I'm protecting my loved one from themselves because she wanted to give her car to her caretaker. I told her we need to talk because she isn't in her right mind. The caretaker Tracey just disrespected me and told me she doesn't need to talk to me and told me she's going to take the car. And I have it on camera
This hospice company absolutely sucks. We have a dying family member and they don't have the decency to provide the comfort and care promised. If you have need of hospice find another company.
Poor communication. It would help if they were consistent with their care.
