RecommendedMy uncle just passed this week from lung cancer. He had palliative care through Kindred and changed over to hospice. Christine Avenger was his nurse practitioner. She was absolutely amazing. When there was nothing else we could do for my uncle, she took care of me with kind, understanding words of encouragement. This is absolutely best hospice company. My mother-law is using them now and they are wonderful !!
Not impressed. Family education was sorely lacking, especially regarding pain control. End of life care and instructions during the phase of "actively dying" was even worse. Definitely wouldn't use again ! *and I see the only other review, a 5, was written by an employee �
