The nurse that showed up to pronounce my grandmother was not only late but let my grandmother lay in the bed for 2.5 hours after she passed before the nurse showed up. Not only was she late but she was rude to my mother and had an attitude. How dare you treat my family like this in a time of mourning and you should be ashamed of yourself. RecommendedThe staff takes time with us and is very helpful. Mom's the patient but Dad and I feel like we're receiving care too. Marci and Betty and the chaplains, Galen and Jimmy, are great. The support is amazing. God bless all of them.
