They call it hospice. I call it a lie. They said she’d pass peacefully, but they let her die. Not in comfort. Not with grace. They drugged her slowly, till breath left her face. My mom was a fighter. Gentiva provided wonderful care to my father when he was at the end of his life. Their nurses and care givers were compassionate and reliable. In addition to his care, they were a fantastic support system for our family.
Thank you so much for all of the love and support you have provided for me and my family during this unfortunate time. Your around the clock support made all of the difference. When I felt like we needed extra visits, you were able to arrange that immediately. Your nurses are compassionate and still call me every now and then to check on me even though dad has since passed . Thank you for everything.
