This has been a terrible experience. They have a total lack of concern about the patient. They have repeatedly let it be known that this patient was an inconvenience due to the location and time for the drive. They have constantly not shown up or called to reschedule, even calling as late as after 10pm. No regard for the patient, patient's schedule, or patient's care. These people called me trying to set up home health for my mom. When I finally got the right number for the doctor to fax the referral, they declined doing Home Health Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy for her. I wouldn't recommend them now for a dog.

CenterWell Home Health has an incredible team. Nurse David visited today and provided exceptional care for my son—his knowledge and skills are truly unmatched. Nurse Zoey, Jessica, and Denise, you are all amazing. I am forever grateful for your kindness, dedication, and expertise. We appreciate you all.
Joe is great.This review was 2yrs. ago. I’d like to update it and say we’re are still seeing to nurses & physical therapists from Centerwell & are extremely happy with the therapist & nurses we have met. Sadly our favorite PT is moving to Alabama to take a position with Centerwell there but I feel confident that there’s a qualified person to take her place, even though we will miss her very much. You just can’t go wrong with Centerwell Home Health in our opinion. 8/2025
