I went in for a nail trim. The techs wanted to take him back alone, which I've never experienced before. I explained that I won't do that because he afraid of nail trims. I helped hold him down for the trim. The techs then proceeded to yell "No!" repeatedly at my wiggling fearful dog as if that would somehow make the experience better for him. So much for "kindness". Plus it was the most expensive nail trim I've ever had done at $28 dollars. I will not be back and I will tell people about my experience.
Super impressed with this place! Very friendly, professional staff and they go above and beyond from cleaning a messy cage to doing follow-up calls. Highly recommend this hospital! I've been here with cats, dogs, and gerbils and received excellence service every time!
