My first experience at Kindness was not a pleasant one since the result was that I had to make the decision to have my young cat euthanized due to an incurable illness. However, the vets and staff were amazing and empathetic, understanding the difficulty of the situation. Then, a couple of days later, I received a handwritten note from Dr Hall sympathizing the loss we experienced. One more observation: The hospital does not smell like so many vet's offices. It is clean and airy. Overall a very positive experience.
We just lost two of our beloved 4 legged kiddos in the last 10 days. Both were lovingly cared for and transitioned by Dr Nickel and her incredible team. It's been a rough 10 days, but their compassion eased the burden greatly. Wonderful folks at Kindness Animal Hospital. We are forever grateful for you!
I just received the sweetest card in the mail today...letting go of a pet is never easy but the staff here made me feel at ease with my choice, never swaying me one way or the other but sharing with me my options and making me feel that whatever I chose was best, I appreciated it so much and they helped to give me a precious memory in those final moments. Will definitely recommend and continue to go to for any other of my animals needs. Thank you all so much for what you do!!
After Ted the dog swallowed a fish hook and had emergency surgery, Kindness was terrific seeing him through his recovery. They clearly really care.
Dr. Hurst gave the most thorough check-up I have ever seen and then performed a mole/ tumor removal that went extremely well. Like most animal owners, I don't just let anyone care for my boy but I trust Dr. Hurst 100%.
