Lost Jewelry for Repair I brought a pendant necklace into Kindler??s Gem Jewelers to be repaired. Ten days later I picked up a chain and paid for the repair job to discover later that night that it was not my original chain. When I contacted them the next day, they had no idea what happened to it even after searching. I know why my friends shop at Kindlers Beautiful selection of diamond engagement rings......so many to chose from...We chose a radiant cut diamond and the most perfect ring. Great value. Beautiful diamonds, friendly and knowledgeable staff, answered all our questions...........Definitely going back for cross necklace and Pandora bracelet!!!!
VERY satisfied. We shopped all over town for a ring for my husband's 70th birthday. All the other stores carried the obvious merchandise. Kindlers' however offered us personalized customer service and we got the ring of his dreams with more than anticipated value. We will always go back Kindlers before making ANY final choice.
Unsatisfied customer Less than a year ago I bought a setting for my wife for a diamond that we had inherited. It was expensive ($1500) but it looked beautiful with 4 small diamonds, deep channel set on each side of the main diamond, so we bought it.
