I know why my friends shop at Kindlers Beautiful selection of diamond engagement rings......so many to chose from...We chose a radiant cut diamond and the most perfect ring. Great value. Beautiful diamonds, friendly and knowledgeable staff, answered all our questions...........Definitely going back for cross necklace and Pandora bracelet!!!!

Unsatisfied customer Less than a year ago I bought a setting for my wife for a diamond that we had inherited. It was expensive ($1500) but it looked beautiful with 4 small diamonds, deep channel set on each side of the main diamond, so we bought it. A few weeks ago she looked down at her ring and noticed it was missing the first diamond in one of the channels on the side of the ring. They really helped us!!! We are simply delighted with the service from Kindlers! I gave my grandson an old family ring with a nice round diamond in the middle. He did not care for the yellow gold ring, but he wanted to use the big diamond in the center. He wanted to get an engagement ring. He went to several stores to look at rings. 5 star all the way! Kindler's is a great jewelry shop! The staff is very knowledgable and very eager to help. We trust them completely. They have worked on some of our old family jewelry and repaired it beautifully! We bought diamond earrings and a beautiful diamond pendant . Great selections! Definitely 5 star!!

Lost Jewelry for Repair I brought a pendant necklace into Kindler’s Gem Jewelers to be repaired. Ten days later I picked up a chain and paid for the repair job to discover later that night that it was not my original chain. When I contacted them the next day, they had no idea what happened to it even after searching. They implied multiple times that the chain I picked up was my original chain, but offered to replace it with my selection 'to be fair to me' since I did not believe that it was mine. VERY satisfied. We shopped all over town for a ring for my husband's 70th birthday. All the other stores carried the obvious merchandise. Kindlers' however offered us personalized customer service and we got the ring of his dreams with more than anticipated value. We will always go back Kindlers before making ANY final choice. VERY satisfied customer.
