I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon at 3 and the process was so smooth. Mr. Gentry was very informative, thorough and always attentive, made the whole ordeal way easier and I felt comfortable. The process itself was super smooth 20-30 tops. Kind people and top notch service.

I have never received worst customer service at any business in at least a decade. Gentry is truly a horrible employee, and I have no faith in him and as a result the physician or business. After paying for my visit electronically, and confirming my availability for my telehealth visit between 11-2, I called at 2 to be told that the doctor left and they would have to reschedule. Phenomenal practice! It was very quick, the fact that there’s parking saved me from having to take a train then an Uber (thank you to the reviewers who mentioned that), so I drove 2 hours just to establish care with them, and am so glad that I did. MMJ was charging me over $500 annually before I learned that I was being taken advantage of. I’d happily bear the Miami traffic every 7 months for KindHealth (very fitting name, by the way), but they offer remote renewals, so I won’t have to!
Tell me which other doctor or health team calls you to let you know that your prescription is up?! Gentry has always been top class service with luxury appeal. If you need hands on assistance this is the place to go to! I drive 2 hours commute to renew my license every year! I will not deviate as Gentry is 10/10!
