Just really sad & unprofessional. Will be contacting BBB, after losing $2K. Even after asking not to have a collateral interview and saying, beforehand, I am not authorizing payment, they still went ahead, with the interview! I really liked the professionalism of the Dr. and a customer rep, Ceasar, who was always ready to help & made you feel heard.
