The Kindbody team did an excellent job working with our egg donor, retrieving eggs, creating our embryos, and performing a successful embryo transfer on our first attempt! It was incredibly helpful that they have offices in multiple cities who worked seamlessly together. The only thing I would change is a small administrative detail. **Updated comment: Kindbody, in general, is the worst when it comes to fees. I just realized that we spent way more money than a local fertility center. They charged literally for everything and sometimes nobody lets you know till you see a bill on the portal. I just feel like they all about the money and it's sad to see that. I am very disappointed with kindbody. I am in DC, heard wonderful things on kindbody and set my first appointment up. My partner and I were super excited for our appointment and logged in to our virtual consultation. My partner set in the meeting for 15 minutes before getting kicked out the room. Unable to return. Mind you. The provider never showed. I ended up waiting an even longer timeframe. She was at work and very angry. I just told her to stop trying and I would stay on the call until a provider got on.
