After starting with two other clinics, I have been working with Kindbody for the last two years . I really want to give them 5 stars because the care was amazing. Each team member that I worked with was incredibly kind, patient, and generally willing to answer all of my questions- and I had a lot of questions. I never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seen (even when I was late) and always felt treated as an important and unique individual - not just a number. My husband and I went through a full IVF cycle at Kindbody a few months ago. We had an amazing experience with the doctor, nurses and support staff at this clinic. We graduated from the clinic a few months ago and have missed them ever since. Our care team responded to our questions timely, and treated us with the upmost respect. UPDATE: Regina and Minnie were fantastic and they quickly resolved my issue. I would give their clinical team 5 stars. However they are getting a 1 star because of their financial navigator and their billing practices. I was told that I needed to put down a 50% deposit for an IUI procedure. I spoke to my insurance company and they said that was incorrect because IUI are billed as a surgical procedure they would pay at 100%. The actual service I received was fine, but I am extremely frustrated with their billing process. I paid a copay in May 2024 when I saw them, then my insurance rejected the claim and I had to pay an extra $200 in June 2024. Then, completely out of the blue, I got an email in March 2026 saying I now owe $233. I checked my portal and no fees showed.
