The nurses are friendly and knowledgable once you eventually hear from them. My wife and I have been waiting for over a month to hear the pricing of a fertility treatment and we are struggling to hear anything. Terrible service

I receive Kind Body benefits via my employer so I gave them a try and my experience unfortunately felt rushed and un-tailored, and as a new patient I had to take a lot of the education process on myself versus the team proactively or intuitively guiding me through the process. The doctor demonstrated care, patience, and provided informative guidance. Every staff member, from the receptionist to the nurses, was exceptionally kind. The overall experience was surprisingly comfortable, unlike typical visits to other doctors' offices. I departed feeling optimistic and empowered, exceeding my expectations for this appointment.
