We have been here twice, and both times have been outstanding experiences. The clam chowder is unparalleled!! Wie frst went here 3.5 years ago on Valentine's Day. The food blew us away. You don't always get great service, great views, AND great food! So we came back tonight for our anniversary dinner. Yet again this restaurant has exquisite service and food. Thanksgiving dinner was a disaster. Sent back my Prime rib twice. Awful and the vegetables were raw. A typical corporation money making scam. Hundreds of people for Thanksgiving, not enough people in the kitchen to ensure large profit margin. Looked at people served turkey and looked like a vomit of turkey on a plate rather than slices of meat.
Hospitality A+ along with the great flavored food.. the setting and mood was soothing & calming....

Clam chowder had no flavor. Mashed potatoes no flavor. Brussel sprouts undercooked. Ordered a medium steak got rare. Waitress got our orders wrong. She took away my friends drink before it was empty. Best thing they had was the artichoke crab dip and the garlic bread. No need to come back. Not worth the money.
It was the best dinner I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Eating, drinking and watching the sun set.
