RecommendedStaff is unbelievably caring and really wants to make sure your pet is well taken care of. Dr. Eichelberger is our vet and all the staff affiliated with this animal hospital are top notch. We've been to other establishments and we will NEVER leave this practice. They get pretty busy but if you have to wait, you will not be disappointed in the quality of care.
Much to learn about customer service. After 40 years of doing business there, I'm gone. Money grubbers, won't see me again. Hope you go out of business.
My 8 month old Shar-Pei recently got bit on the lip by a Copperhead at 10:30 on a Saturday night,Dr. Alex was on call and met my son at his office at 12 midnight and pumped him up with good med's.His neck was swollen for a couple of day's but he recovered and was back to normal in a matter of day's.You can absolutely trust this man to care for your family member ,thank you Dr.Alex.
We brought our cat in for treatment of a urinary problem. We were walk ins, but were seen quickly. Our cat has fully recovered and back to normal. We are very pleased with the care she received and the great Vet , Dr. ADAM who saw and treated her.
Prices has skyrocketed since the older doctors has retired. I so loved the way it was before this happened.😢 This has sucked the life & friendliness out of this office.
My chihuahua had to make an emergency trip one weekend because of an eye injury. Dr. Alex was on call and Mojo’s eye had to removed. After this we found out that he also has Cushing’s and diabetes. Losing his eye was actually a blessing bc he wouldn’t have lived much longer having the other two conditions. After many visits, sometimes weekly) we are finally making progress. Dr Alexander is excellent. Took good care of my dog and his skills of placing broken bones are on point. Saw the before and after x rays. Couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism I received
I dropped my dog off sick at 11:30 and they were swamped. Around 4:00 they worked him in. He seems a little better today. Will see how he progresses with the scripts he gave me for him. Thanks, I really appreciate the care.
