Linda and her staff are very professional and extremely talented. I enjoy going in just for a chat or to pick up a hair piece or have a wig styled.

I went with mom mom. We both liked service. It was so friendly over there. Customer service was great! They helped us to pick up nice hair clips and wig for my mom. Both left excited, because now our hair look nice and staff gave us idea how to take care and what else we can do with hair clips and wig looked so real natural hair. We are thankful!!!! So i shared with my friend and I will send my folks to Kim's place.

Nice, friendly place. They really make you feel comfortable, in what can be a delicate situation. Linda is a pro, knows her stuff. She was so helpful in finding a style and color that worked for me. After teaching me how, she had me style/play with a few styles until I found the one for me.

I was looking with my mom for a wig and had the worst experience!!! When we walked in there were 3 ladies towards the back, the all looked at us when we walked in yet no one said anything to us. I worked retail for 6 years so I get some may have been customers. That being said, we were there almost 20 mins and all the ladies did was talk and try on wigs. When my mom picked a wig up, one of the ladies says to her "ohh no, your not suppose to pick them up. You'll have to wait." We left and wont be back.

bad customer service well, i don't mean to be say this but this store has the worst of the worst customer service. seriously I work with people for years and I have never miss treated any one like these people. Regardless of what race, gender, status, background, we should all treat each other the same. My rating is zero star. I am a wig lover. These people have no idea. Too bad u guys won't see me there again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND (esp for cancer patients)! Pay no attention to the bad reviews...they were likely written by younger people just having fun in the store, and not true customers ?? have seen this happen many times. The ladies that work here are the nicest people I know, and provide very attentive and sweet service. My friend went there in the midst of dealing with chemo, and everyone there was extremely comforting and warm. I've only started wearing wigs. But I've really enjoyed going to Kims Wigs. These professionals really help you to get the right one for you. They find the style that looks best on me and the color choice that looks good on me. Very friendly, and very honest with how they think the wig looks on me.
