Very Rude I took my girlfriend into kims wigs and the sales girl did not speak to us until we were walking OUT of the store. The wigs in the store were very dated styles. We would not advise this salon to anyone!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND (esp for cancer patients)! Pay no attention to the bad reviews...they were likely written by younger people just having fun in the store, and not true customers â have seen this happen many times. The ladies that work here are the nicest people I know, and provide very attentive and sweet service. My friend went there in the midst of dealing with chemo, and everyone there was extremely comforting and warm. Wigs All I know is that whenever I go in here, the manager watches me like a hawk and is constantly asking me if there is anything she can do, like I'm going to steal something.
Very Professional I've always been treated very friendly and courteous. I've bought many wigs from Kim. Prices are fair and she's always helpful in styling the new wig. Great experience every time. Cathy Fletcher
bad customer service well, i don't mean to be say this but this store has the worst of the worst customer service. seriously I work with people for years and I have never miss treated any one like these people. Regardless of what race, gender, status, background, we should all treat each other the same. My rating is zero star. I am a wig lover. These people have no idea. Too bad u guys won't see me there again.
bad wigs i used to go to kims wig but the last year every time i go in there know new styles same old thing,young people dont waste your time. jj
okay I have heard that this store is one of the nest to go to to get wigs. Kim is one of the valley leaders for hair treatment becuase she used to work with professionals in la.
RecommendedGreat customer service.. ask for Linda.. But leave time for me.. lol
Denise completely fixed my frayed wig at a great price.. and service was fast! Highly recommend, customer Service was great!
