We were treated like royalty by the staff during the purchasing process. We were even introduced to the service department members so they will be familiar with us when our new vehicle is serviced. Matt Williams was a great salesman. Cole Brashier did an excellent job as well. Very informative and not pushy! Very willing to make a deal. I’ll be back! 5⭐️
By far the best experience buy a vehicle I have ever dealt with. They we every polite and honest. I knew what I wanted before I got there and Matt Williams and his crew made that happen. They didnt stop till I felt comfortable with everything. I left Kim's with a new Toyota tacoma!! Everyone there was friendly and welcomed us to the family!! Worst service Dept I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 9 weeks to tell me they can’t get the body shop to agree to what Toyota wants to pay. Finally took it elsewhere and had it approved and painted in a week!
Lane Bass was an awesome rep to work with!! After weighing SEVERAL different options Lane was able to give me the best deal!! 10/10 recommend Lane Bass!
