I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from Kim’s, but I will never do business with them again. Last week my fiancé took our 2017 Charger to get an estimate for a tune up and to replace a headlight. The estimate total was $243. When we returned on Thursday for the service, they gave a new total of more than $1,400 and stated that the estimate wasn’t final. Now I’m well aware that an estimate isn’t a final total but you get an estimate to have an idea of how much a service will cost. $1200 difference is not an estimate. We left ... read more
