Very Dissatisfied. I was very dissatisfied with my service at Kim's. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sam the service guy came out and told me that I had a flat tire and the stem on my tire was broken and all the air leaked out of my tire and he can fix it for $74.86. My tire was not on flat when I got to Kim's and it was not leaking air. All I wanted done to my tires was a rotation. This is not my first bad experience. Awesome experience. I came to Kim's Toyota on January 5th around 5:30pm. The staff did not appear rushed and Thomas Blakley was awesome! Even after closing he stayed until the process was completed. He even took time to show me important details of my new car. Thanks Thomas and keep up the great work!!
Wonderful Service and Deal!!! I came to Kim's unexpectedly on Dec. 27, 2014 to look at a SUV my mom told me about. I found a Great deal, Wonderful Service and Friendly people. Best Dealership I've worked with yet Mr. Blakely is an outstanding gentleman. Customer Service is Lacking I am happy with my product, the Toyota Sienna. I am not happy with the service that this dealership provided. First, the internet sales person, Sandi, was initially helpful. She came out to my home and showed me a van that I was interested in. I test drove it and everything seemed fine. The van had a DVD entertainment system in it that I didn’t want or need. I use the back area of the van for storage and did not want to pay for something I could not use. Like family I loved working with Sandi Patterson. She took the time to find a vehicle that fit me and my family's needs. I didn't feel rush in to making my decision. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to use Kim's.

First Time Buyer I came to Kim's in search of a new SUV.
