Great job and wonderful customer service What a really good job the team did with me purchasing my wife a 4Runner. I felt very welcome and they did a great job of trying to make sure I got everything I needed from my purchase. I will recommend to all my friends and family. I went to a different Toyota dealership and talked to a salesperson about what I wanted and I never got a response which made me come to Laurel to see how this dealership would respond. They were outstanding in all phases of the process.
customer service Thomas Blakely and Parham Tullos were very helpful and nice they took the time to make sure that I got the best deal that was available for me. I was there for a very long time but I left satisfied overall.
Excellent! I am always happy with my service at Kim's! Last Friday, my mother and I did a trade in, where I got my new 2015 Toyota Corolla. I am in love with my car. It is exactly what I wanted/needed! Every time my family or I go to Kim's we can expect great service and a friendly atmosphere. None better!

"Best Experience Ever at a Dealership" By far, the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Very pleased Mr. Thomas was an excellenct salesman! The car I wanted was not there when I went to look at it and within less than an hour he had it back at the dealership ready for me to test drive.
