This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a dealership. First of all, we used the service dept who charged us almost $800 and once we get to the truck, it won't crank and radio is not working. Decided to trade it in since we were there. Found a vehicle we wanted and they told us it was too late to do anything because everything was closing and told us to come back the next day after they guaranteed to hold it for us. I can't say enough how grateful I am for this place and this staff! They ALL went above and beyond to take care of me and get me in the vehicle I needed (and well wanted...�) My experience was incredible. I was treated with excellent care each step of the way. Special thanks to Spike, Koby, Zach, and Remond because I dealt with them specifically, and they're the ones that made me a customer for life!!!!!!
