When we bought our Chevrolet sonic from snap-n-drive they did not tell us it was a wrecked rental car. A few months after that it started falling apart. Trish in the service department stayed on GM about sending the right parts and getting them here on time. It took a lengthy stay to fix it but she got it done. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend kim's.
Excellent service. Tricia made sure we were taken care of. She gave us a loaner car. Couldn't recommend it enough. I will return for service.
I think it’s ridiculous that I can never get anyone to answer the phone in the service department! Y’all need to get it together!!!!
Our recent experience with their service department was horrible. Can't get folks on the phone, they won't respond to the messages you leave, and the dealership doesn't even have an answering service for calls after hours. Frankly, if you need your GMC serviced I suggest you take it to Meridian or Hattiesburg.
