TLDR;; Nail tech was abrasive, tried pushing me to (assumedly) get more expensive stuff, not very gentle with me, nicked one of my cuticles, I had to file the nails because they looked crooked after we left, nails came unglued less than a week later and had to glue them back down again myself. Nails looked nice for the event, but the whole experience was not great. Kim and her staff are in a rush to get as many nails done a day as possible! Kim Nail Seymour, Indiana strives for quantity over quality! Kim herself has had to do my nails in the past because an employee of hers did my nails the first time (1st time at that location) and i was very highly unsatisfied! Kim “fixed” them the next day 👀 They were “better than before” but ATP i was over it so i wasn't going back. Years later i come back to try again and Kim does my nails again! My daughter wanted to have a girls day with manicures and pedicures. The guy that did my pedicure did a wonderful job. Kim was very nice. While I was in the pedicure chair a gentleman came in for a pedicure and the lady doing my daughters nails got excited to see him. The guy that did my pedicure was going to do the gentleman's pedicure but the lady yelled for him not to because she wanted to service him. I told her I was there first and my nails were next.
