Since I’ve moved to Clarksville, I’ve only went to Kim’s. But today was my FINAL visit. I went in for a pedi with sea salt scrub (Every 2 weeks faithfully). The lady had an attitude & my pedi was rushed. When I got home I noticed dead skin on my feet, that if she actually took her time & scrubbed my feet it wouldn’t have been there. I Initially came in and asked for “marble” accent nails and was told that they for sure knew how to do them. When it came time for the marble nails, it was as if the nail tech was experimenting on my nails. The design looked absolutely horrible and I told the guy several times to just paint all of my nails a solid color, however, he continued to try and wasted my time. Also after about 2 1/2 days, my gel polish began to crack and peel. Will not be back.
Since my resent post of my nails and how they could not find an issue with the nail, I went back to get a few fix only two days later for the design which had fallen off..... Needless to say in front of the other customers that were there he refused to service me...not like I care. Kim's nail just need to do better with customer experience I should have taken heed from the other reviews.
Ken was great and did an amazing two tone powder set!
I found a new place to get my nails done very nice and professional.
Ken is the best! He does such a great job and makes sure your nails look perfect! My favorite nail place in Clarksville by far I will never go anywhere else! Thanks Ken!
I went in for ombré full set. Ken did my nails and did an AMAZING job. He really took time to make sure my nails were perfect. He asked me every step of the way to make sure I was happy. I’ve never had a better set of nails. I am so in love with them. I will never go anywhere else again.
