I wear excessive length for fifty bucks I got something that looks like I could have bought them out of Walmart stuck in my myself I had to hire someone else to correct them then I had a broken now I went in yesterday and I told him it better look like this one on my other hand the same finger guess what it don't stay out of there male nail technicians act like they can't speak English but believe me they do..and they'll do your nails any funky way that they want to and you're not happy with it so what you either pay him are... read more
RecommendedMy first manicure was great!!! Got it at Kim’s and my friend and my daughter went with me. I loved it!! Will come back when I come to see my daughter in college!! Very happy
Haven’t really had a problem until today. They didn’t bother to tell me how long of a wait. Instead they put me in the pedicure chair until the water turned cold (45 minutes, and STILL NO ONE waited on me! All they had to say was there was an hour wait! I would’ve come back or gone elsewhere! This is not customer service! All they’re interested in is how fast they can push people through!
🗣I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Had to go back twice within a week from a refill and the the last time I went he was rough tried yelling and cussing at me!! Come through nail uneven and just plain horrible looking!!

Had a bad experience the first time i went. Nails were mediocre but the nail tech was super rough, cutting me twice. I go back a second time wanting to try a new tech and give them benefit of the doubt. Wrong. I wait 20 mins and the same tech that did my nails last time was next to do my nails and i politely declined saying i wanted the young man that sits at the first chair on the left. He tepos me no, i have to use her. I said no, i wld like to wait for you and he told me no again. I left. Horrible customer service.
Always love getting my shellac done here on my fingers and toes!! They're always accommodating and take care of me � no better place to go but Kim's Nails �
