Great experience. They helped me find the truck I wanted and bent over backwards to help me get in it. Gave me a good price for my trade-in and went way beyond my expectations to make me happy. Highly recommend these guys. First dealership I have dealt with in 30 years where the sales people KNOW their product. Until now, I usually knew more about my vehicle than the sales people. Give these guys a try!

I have recently purchased 2 used vehicles from Kims.They were very knowledgeable about both vehicles i purchased. Bob and Brian went out of there way to help me. i would have to say in all the vehicles i purchased over the years this was the best expeience i have had. thanks guys!

I purchased a 2011 Tacoma TRD Sport Feb.2, 2011 fro Mim's Toyota and was very pleased with the dealership. No pressure and was made to feel very comfortable with the whole process in purchasing the Tacoma. I would totally recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from this dealership. They were very professional in the sale of the tacoma and also in the finance department. When I get ready to purchase my next vehicle I will go back to Kim's Toyota and buy from them again. Great Dealership

I have been to many dealerships over the years and bought cars , but , I have yet to come across a salesperson more helpful and courteous , before , during and after the sale. When I had to take the car back with questions about the tires , she got the help I needed and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I hope that this car lot is aware of the wonderful employee that they have in Tasha . I will definitely send everyone that I know looking for a car to her.

I just want to thank Tasha Rhodes for her service. I just purchase a used car a 09 Nissan Versa. I had to come back to pick it . Because it had just been traded and not been service yet. The company did a great job with service ot the car. Tasha Rhodes and Mr. Bob assit me with the purchase. The guys are wonderful. They make sure my oil was change, filter and check car over. I am to Kim,s carlot looking for a nice used car. It was raining and wet. Mr Bob stop an help me fine the perfect car. I told him what I was look for in a used car and how much I want to spend. He find me A NISSAN VERSA. 2009 with low miles and the price. It true was a BLESSING. I just want to thank everybody a the carlot they were so nice. GOD Bless this company.

This is the 3rd Toyota I have owned in 5yrs. One of them was bought at another Dealer Ship. I have never had a problem with any of the Employees here at Kim's and especially with the Service. When I come for my scheduled maintenance depending on what is being done depends on how long it takes. Also, before anything is done the service dept. checks everything out and and I get a run down of why and how much it's gonna be to get everything done.
