I have purchased a car, truck and a van from Kim's in the last 3 years. I found the friendliness of the staff was always upbeat and helpful. The customer service with buying and servicing of all 3 vehicles has been great. I have bought several cars in the past from other dealers, but I have to say the attention to detail from F&I department to the salesman handing me the keys was a great experience. Kim's will be the first place I look for my next purchase.

I feel that the people there really try to take care of my cars. Since my purchase of a Toyota in 2006, they have been servicing my other cars (Lincoln Town Car and Ford Van.) Their attention to my recall matter was prompt and through. (although I was having no problems with my Camry.)

I bought a new Grand Caravan and was treated fairly. The overall experience was very good. They were very friendly and helpful. They didn't have the car on the lot but got on the computer and located one in another city. The car was delivered the next day and we are very excited with our new car.

DO NOT EVER GO TO "Kim's No Bull Chrysler" Dealership in Laurel, MS...It is the worst place to purchase a vehicle and also to get your car serviced...They won't properly service your vehicle and will not fix any problem...I tried talking to the Service manager, James, about a problem I was having with my '06 Chrysler Van. He didn't want to hear me out and literally talked to me like dirt. He then proceeded to tell me not to come back and briskly walked away. No customer service at all. I’ve had REALLY good dealings with these people through the years, so much so that I wanted to tell my story. First, I bring my Durango in for service. Every time I have my Dodge Durango in for service, it always comes back fixed right the first time and clean. Everyone I have dealt with in the Great Service Department at Kim’s Toyota Chrysler Dodge Jeep has been Superlative! Recently I had the great opportunity to search for a new SUV. I took my Toyota Tundra to Kims for oil changes, and they charged me for two extra quarts of oil each time I came. When I discovered their mistake they corrected it, but I later found that my daughter had the same problem. I think they are running a scam.

I brought in my 2007 Jeep Liberty as Kim's is also our local Jeep dealer. I had been having a problem with the sunroof...after waiting a week for the part/parts I was finally called in to pick up my vehicle. I could not believe my eyes when I looked into my Jeep. There were three slits cut into the headliner, the screw covers were gouged and bits of plastic were hanging, where pieces should fit flush against each other,there was a one inch gap...oily and grimy spots were all over the interior...even the brake light cover was... read more

I took my warrantied Jeep Liberty into Kim's (which is the local Jeep dealer) to see what was wrong with my sunroof...after waiting a week for the part/parts, I was finally called to come in a pick up my vehicle. I was not prepared for what I saw when I looked inside my Jeep. The headliner had three slits cut into it with what looked like a screwdriver.
