I made an appointment for 10am for a quick manicure. They had me waiting 20+ minutes and served regular clients before me. Clients who had appointments for 11am!! I will never go back & I will tell everyone I know about this terrible business.
I went today for my first time in Kims Nails for a pedicure since so many people were yelping positive things about it. This place was immaculately clean , the staff all nice. Im so happy with the service. I will be back
