We have been living here for more than a year. No problems with safety. Management and maintenance are prompt to any of our requests. Krystal, the assistant manager, helped us since our first day from moving in and transferring to a new unit. Great experience!
Too many issues with the water supply. It is always notified as issue with the city but you when call 311 they say it is issue with the property. There is no one available to answer your calls or help you out after hours. Too stressful with no water supply for hours and not being notified on time
Great area! Great location, and a friendly staff.
I've lived at Kiby Place for about a year and overall I really enjoy the community. It's in a great location at a great price.
