Should be a zero* I’ve been renting a home in the 78733 area code that Kimo PLLC manages… The air conditioner in the home has not been able to keep the home under 85° for even one-single day, since the month of June. Most of those days peeking just over 93° in the home, around 3-4pm. As of August 25th (probably my 80th request for any resolution), “they are sending someone to find out more tomorrow.” This is after missing an appointment on Monday without any response. no call, no showing for two days in a row. Rented a property in Dripping Springs from them. They always responded when I needed anything. They also gave me back my entire deposit. I highly recommend them.

They just want your rent every month while the property falls apart. Anytime something major needs a repair they have to get “owner approval” & said owner obviously doesn’t care about their property because if they did then repairs would’ve been done! Can’t wait for my business to be done with them.
