I had a very disappointing experience at Kimmy Nails and Spa. The technician did not properly communicate with me or ask how I wanted my lashes done. There was a language barrier, and no effort was made to clarify my preferences. The lashes turned out poorly and were not what I asked for. I ended up having them removed and had to go to another salon to fix the work, which cost me more time and money. Got Manicure and Pedicure done and it was great experience. They helped me pick the colors and I wanted short nails so she got the design on my short nails. They were quick, did detailed cleaning of cuticles. The pictures don't do the justice, I am happy with the results
