Kim the owner and only nail artist here is extremely unkind. 6 months ago when I found this place she was super nice, then she started to talk about her clients behind their back about being late for appointments. A month ago I booked an appointment and she took walk ins during my appointment time and made me wait over an hour without communicating. I love this salon and everyone there does such a great and precise job! They're so friendly, provide you with a cold beverage (important on these hot summer days), and lots of care into the service youre getting done. Moving away from the neighborhood but will be coming back here every time:)

Originally very happy with the $80 builder gel manicure I got. After 1 week (of the 3 promised) 1 nail completely fell off and another chipped.
