The one star reviews are well deserved. These people only care about the bottom dollar. Beware
Kimco is the most ruthless and heartless commercial real estate management/landlord company! Within 12 months of my lease, they had raised roughly 10% (3% which I have agreed yearly raise, but another 7% by kimco raising the triple net every six months). I did not receive any allowance for tenant improvements, the grounds were unkept/dirty, all the while the anchor store was not operating at the shopping complex.
