No it hasn't changed at all
They will NOT make repairs at ALL . I've had a bullet hole that was accidentally shot into by my neighbor. Yes !! They evicted the perpetrator but did not fix the bullet hole . Instead I got a phone call about my Service dog ( because I am disabled) asking me for $425 for my pet but never mentioned fixing the bullet hole , the broken back screen door ( which I have a black shoestring holding my backdoor closed) , my leaking roof when it rains , the vermit (mice) problem, and baaaad plumbing.
The WORST maintenance you'll ever come across!!! I lived here over 3 years, and was moved into an apartment that was not suitable for ANYONE to live in..my plumbing never worked, maintenance would cut holes in my walls and never fix, bedbugs and roaches were EVERYWHERE...I even had to be put into a hotel more than once due to the issues (and that was only because I went above the property managers head), the apartments are very spacious but with all the problems and lack of maintenance that cares, it's not worth it to live h... read more
It was just okay I lived there for over 7 years however it became unsafe too much crime and drug activity where going on some I moved too Bessemer!
