No it hasn't changed at all
They will NOT make repairs at ALL . I've had a bullet hole that was accidentally shot into by my neighbor. Yes !! They evicted the perpetrator but did not fix the bullet hole . Instead I got a phone call about my Service dog ( because I am disabled) asking me for $425 for my pet but never mentioned fixing the bullet hole , the broken back screen door ( which I have a black shoestring holding my backdoor closed) , my leaking roof when it rains , the vermit (mice) problem, and baaaad plumbing.
