First time visiting this store, the environment and atmosphere was great. Associates acknowledged us as we entered the store and asked several times “did we need help “ I like that. Prices were reasonable, i purchased a recliner 1030125. The first picture shows what I picked, the last picture shows what was in the box. Verification is a must for good customer satisfaction, but I will keep it this time, the color is not bad.
The quality and quantity of furniture displays were very well presented and the assistance received was excellent. Sales/office mgr was very knowledgeable of all displays and made it very easy to make my decision on the purchase.
The staff is Friendly, courteous, and very engaging with the customers. I will buy from them again for my next furnishing needs.
