The guy that did my nails was just horrible! just doing a pedi was painful a few times I told him it hurt he stated I was just sensitive. Then again he hurt while doing the Bottom of my feet scraping the side of my foot. Not using sanitary tools just grabbing any tools for my feet in the tray, not using a nail clipper for trimming my nail but a cuticle cutter the entire experience just awful I still had to pay for this experience. I ve been to all nail shops in lompoc, and Kimberly nails is the best, I have never been disappointed
This is by far the worst place I have ever been to!!!! The guy that did my nails completely butchered my nails then acted like He had no idea why my nail was so short, he would never do that... Uh, you did!! After over an hr of him hurting me (I never complained, just comely made him aware).... He proceeded to put a glob on my extremely short nail & continue to hurt me while trying to file it down.... I couldn't take it anymore & had to tell him to stop & I had to leave. I really like Kim's nails. They really make sure you're satisfied even if its an mistake I made like smudging my nail. You can walk in late and they will take you. They are clean and sanitize their instruments. They go above the call of duty. They quick, effecient and their prices r reasonable. They wit the business and always friendly. I wish they did more hand art tho.
Today was my first time coming and the atmosphere was very nice, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the lady did a nice job on my toes. Will be back again!
