I usually read reviews before doing anything/going anywhere… I should have read these reviews. I was told my insurance was accepted and upon arrival, I was told I have a $75 copay. I advised that my insurance covers 6 visits so I do not have a copay. I was then told I needed to contact my insurance. I agreed and asked to reschedule my appointment. I was scheduled for an appointment. I called and received an appointment date and time. I showed up and the receptionist stated I didn't have an appointment and she didn't know who I spoke to. It was her cause I recognized her voice. When i said it was her, she made a face and scoffed. I filled out paperwork and was told to have my employers call her.I made phone calls to my employers and got what I needed.
