My newborn has pink eye. This is the only office that had a sick appt - 40 mins to drive from my house, but I floored it to their office for the only opening they had. I was 15 mins late, and they turned me away at the door. My fault? Yes, I was late, but I have a brand new baby w an infection that would take 2 mins to look at. Now I’m frantically trying to find another doctor or urgent care to at can take him so he’s not suffering for the next 24 hours. Not the care I would expect from a doctor’s office.
