I waited 6 months for a dilated eye exam appointment to get my retinas checked. I have had both retinas detach in the past, and I have glaucoma. Upon arrival I was given a vision field test which I didn’t ask for. Then when the doctor came in she told me she didn’t have time to check my retinas! And I would have to schedule another appointment. The reception desk said they can’t do the retinal exam for another 2 months! I find this very unacceptable and misrepresenting the purpose of my appointment. What a Disappointment!
