RecommendedWhere should I start? Dr Kim keeps my body moving, freeing it and me from the confines of stress. I can walk, bend, lift, and raise my arms because of the work we do together. I cannot recommend her enough.
I began seeing Dr. Berkus for continued healing due to years of living in "fight or flight" mode. I have noticed significant change in my physical body along with an increased awareness of the tension patterns I unconsciously hold.. Dr. Berkus is a wonderful complement to the other holistic healing modalities I am incorporating into my life. I highly recommend her!

Kimberly Berkus is the best! Her approach is entirely non-invasive and she helps you learn how to balance your own back and keep it balanced. Awareness is everything.
