I was told there were no applications that had been submitted and the propertyon Dayton Rd was available. For property, my family and I put an application in for it. It wasn't until we went to tour the place that we found out that there was already an application in and we lost our birthday application fee. This was unfair. They never told us that there was already an application that had been submitted and was pending.
