They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered, seemed to be a semi-quick operation. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions from MapQuest. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll probably go back, if necessary.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate. Three people within my immediate family have received wisdom teeth extractions by Dr. Kim with no complications or issues following the procedure. The extractions ranged from erupted to impacted. I never felt rushed by Dr. Kim, he and his staff were always willing to answer any questions.
We would not recommend Dr. Kim, we felt his manner to be very short, and that he could not explain things well. Our daughters both had complications from having teeth removed and without assistance from outside of Dr. Kims office could have been even worse than it was.
