My child and I had such a horrible experience with one of Dr Kim's staff members I will never go back. Rude would be an understatement. After having oral surgery my child was told he shouldn't speak to control bleeding. He asked for his phone to text me several questions as I was sitting right next to him. Office member went off on him and me for having his phone. They have a policy that you are not allowed to have your cell phone. He had no way of asking any questions about his care.

My appointment was at 10:30 but was told to be at the office by 10:15. Also instructed not to have anything to eat or drink after midnight. Got checked in and then sat in the waiting area until 11:40. Staff never informed me of delays and the only apology was a half hearted sorry for the wait. I left the office and will not be back. Poor customer service to say the least.

My appointment was at 9:30am; back to the prep room at 9:50; staff began the initial prep (blood pressure cuff, etc. and then left alone. By 10:50 I started yelling out to the staff! When no one came, I had began to take off the preps; I was leaving! Finally one of the staff stopped in. I asked her had she heard me yelling. She said that they had not! (That alone is not good!) When the process was over the doctor did not talk to me and said very little to my family. NOT HAPPY with the service

I visited Victor Kim the first week of August 2017, Staff is professional and pleasant however I did wait an hour to be seen, had a panoramic xray even though I took two recent sets with me. Kim did not examine me at all. He walked in the room and immediately started trying to scare me into being put to sleep. I like straight forward people; I am like that. But, I don't like unprofessional and crass. I told him and his staff he had the worst bedside manner I had ever seen. I won't go back.

Dr. Kim removed my wisdom teeth and all things considered I'm glad I chose him. I was pretty nervous but all the women helping made me feel better. In recovery I ended up getting sick (always do with general anesthesia) and my heart rate went down. The staff was quick to respond to my needs and the women knew exactly what to do. The ONLY negative I have is that the billing lady comes off a bit rude.

Dr. Kim has excellent bed side manner an treats you like he truly cares. All the other medical professionals that he works with other than the office biling lady are very professional and caring. If you have insurance the office lady won't even attempt to bill your insurance. She expects you to do her work an call and pay up front, my insurance company said that's ridiculous. I think she is lazy and won't even try. I would go somewhere else because of pure frustration if it weren't for Dr. Kim.

The staff at the front was not very professional. I made my appt. for my daughter in Aug, and had a appt. in Jan. which was fine, but no one called to tell us they didn't take my dental insurance which is Met Life. The lady at the front said " Well Met Life won't pay anything for extractions, and I ask well how would you know if you haven't even seen my daughter or sent a prior authorization in. Then I give her our medical and she said the same about them. They just were very unprofessional.

Stellar treatment!! I'm not a fan of dentists. But this was the best visit I've had in 34 years. Thank you very much
